About Harvest Bible College
Harvest Bible College is a recognised educational ministry of New Life Community Development society which is registered under the Government of Nagaland. Dr. Abemo Ezung and Mrs. Elilo Ezung founded the NLCDS on June 10, 2010, in Dimapur Nagaland and HBC is an outgrowth of NLCDS. Before the name HBC was officially introduced, the founder began to hold Bible classes, workshops and seminars related to kingdom building and train those seeking ministerial certification until 2010. Dr. Ezung and his wife understood the need to open a full-fledged Bible College to fulfil the vision that was given to them by God and as a result, in the year 2015, 13th of Aug. Harvest Bible College was established at Seithekema-C, Chumukedima. The College stand to assist the body of Christ in fulfilling the call and the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ. The College aims to train committed men and women to be God centered, culturally relevant and most importantly to see lives transformed with the passion to fulfil God’s plan for the world. In order to fulfil the mandate to effectively educate every student, we provide a holistic approach in our training. We strive to fulfil the core elements i.e., academic excellence, nurture spirituality and ministerial experiences to equip the students for the ministry of the Lord.

The motto of the college is “Equip and Send.”
Vision
The Vision of HBC is to train young men and women who are called by God with systematic theological education academically, nurture spiritually and equip with ministry experience for mission in northeast region and neighbouring countries.
Mission
The mission of HBC is to provide a holistic, quality and Bible based education at all levels and disciplines with the objective of producing pastors, evangelists and church planters for the glory and honour of God the Almighty.
College Accreditation, Association and Recognition
The College Diploma and Bachelor programs are accredited by Asia Theological Association (ATA) in the year 2023 and the Master of Divinity and the above programs are associated with the Martin Luther Christian University since 2024. Harvest Bible College is also an Associate member of Nagaland Theological Colleges Association (NTCA) Reg.No. NTCA/2023 /26 and Recognised by the Nagamese Baptist Churches Association (NBCA).
